Samsung Electronics to build semiconductor factory in Texas, United States worth $17 billion, reported Wall Street Journal citing people familiar with the matter. This could be the signature project that could address U.S. concern of chip security.
Official announcement is expected to come on Tuesday U.S. time. The governor of Texas will make the official announcement which is termed to be “economic announcement”.
