WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA) announced that WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP), the company’s subsidiary, made an announcement on the establishment of a joint venture company between WHA Water Company Limited, WHA UP’s subsidiary, and Asia Industrial Estate Company Limited, namely WHAUP Asia Reclamation Water Company Limited with the objective to expand the water business including wastewater reclamation, demineralized water and related utilities businesses in Asia Industrial Estate (Maptaphud).
The registered capital for the joint venture is Baht 45,000,000, divided into 4,500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 10 per share.
The objective is to produce and distribute the RO Water or demineralized water to industrial users.
