Land and House Public Company Limited (LH) announced that Land and Houses U.S.A., Inc., the company’s 100% owned subsidiary, on December 8, 2021, has acquired the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, a hotel in Anaheim, California, USA, at the acquisition amount of US$31 million, or approximately THB1,056 million (off-market bid price).
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott is a modern all-suite hotel on approximately 2.07 acres with 120 rooms.
