Triple I Logistics Public Company Limited (SET: III) has announced its 2021 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

III reported a net profit of 377 million baht in 2021, increased 132% from a net profit of 162 million baht in 2020. The increase was mainly due to a surge in revenues from sales and services that grew 83% for the year, coupled with gains from share of profits from investment in associates and joint ventures.
In 2021, the company restructured the general sales agent for airlines business through cooperation between the company and its foreign partners. III expected to list Asia Network International Limited (ANI) on the Stock Exchange of Thailand within 2022 to raise funds for investment in related business and generate long-term returns for shareholders.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB0.30 per share to be paid on 17 May 2022. The ex-dividend date is 26 April 2022.
