The Russian President Vladimir Putin said through the broadcast in an early morning address local time that he had authorized a military operation in Ukraine.
The Russian President said that the Ukrainian regime will be responsible for any bloodshed as several explosions in Ukraine capital Kyiv were reported.
“A couple of words for those who would be tempted to intervene,” said Putin according to the report. “Russia will respond immediately and you will have consequences that you never have had before in your history.”
