Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SSP) announced at the board of directors meeting on October 12, 2022 that the meeting has resolved to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary company in Thailand. The name of the new subsidiary company is Niche Renewable Power Co.,Ltd.
Niche Renewable Power Co.,Ltd. will be established for the businesses of renewable energy, electricity supply, and general investment in which the investment will also be renewable energy business operation.
The registered capital is THB 1,000,000, divided into 10,000 ordinary shares at a par value of Baht 100 per share. In the shareholding structure, Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited owns 99.998 shares; Mr. Varut Tummavaranukub owns one share; and Miss. Thantaporn Kraipisitkul owns one share.
