Finansia Syrus Securities (FSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Ratchthani Leasing Public Company Limited (SET: THANI) with a target price at ฿5.20/share.
FSS expected the 3Q22 net profit at Bt496mn (+1% Q-Q, +24% Y-Y). Given the strong asset quality control, its credit cost should decrease by 1.33% Y-Y to 0.55%. Also, its NPL should increase by just 2% Q-Q, implying an NPL ratio of 2.38%, while loans should jump by 2% Q-Q and 8.5% Y-Y. In 4Q22, the profit outlook remains strong due to the high season of truck lending, solid asset quality, and low provisioning.
Pi Securities (PI) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Precious Shipping Public Company Limited (SET: PSL) with a target price at ฿18.00/share.
PI expected freight rate to have a strong recovery in 4Q22-1Q23, boosted by 1) more commodity imports after China easing lockdown and 2) harvest season in the US. Meanwhile, the company will benefit from TCE rate in the long run. The company will also benefit from higher spread from marketing demand in seaborne, seeing that demand is growing faster than supply in 2023-24.
