PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (SET: PTTEP) announced on November 22, 2022, that the company has established Xplor Ventures Company Limited, a new subsidiary with registered capital of THB 5,000,000, the ordinary shares of 50,000 at THB100, with EP- Tech Venture Holding Company Limited (a subsidiary) shareholding by 100%.
The establishment is to support the investment in new technology, enhance competitiveness and identify new technology development opportunities as well as increase the efficiency of the technologies used in exploration and production business.
