NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (SET: NRF) announced that the board of directors meeting No.12/2022 on December 21, 2022 has passed a resolution to establish a subsidiary company of Nove Foods Limited, with a newly established company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
NRF stated that the name of the new company will be announced after the completion of the establishment. The newly established company shall be incorporated to sell products in the plant-based food industry.
The establishment is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2023, which aims to facilitate the expansion of plant-based business and push the company to compete in the global market and other regions. Moreover, the company sees that there are domestic and international consumer demands in plant-based food.
