The U.S. President Joe Biden finally signed a $1.66 trillion bill that will fund the government throughout its fiscal year 2023.
The bill that passed Congress’ approval last week includes $44.9 billion in emergency assistance to Ukraine and NATO allies. The package for Ukraine includes $13.4 billion in economic aid and $2.4 billion to help resettle Ukrainians in the United States.
