Card X Company Limited, the subsidiary of SCB X Public Co., Ltd., has registered the incorporation of a new joint venture company with Streetcorner Ecommerce Limited under the name Akulaku X Co., Ltd.
The contract was registered on January 9, 2023, with an initial registered capital of Baht 100,000 with a plan to increase its registered capital to Baht 50,000,000 within Q1/2023.
The company’s objective is to engage in a lending business in Thailand, including a digital personal loan business and nano finance business under supervision.
