Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (SET: ACE) has announced the signing of the Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) of the Community Power Plants for Local Economy Project (Pilot Project) in a total of 18 projects.
ACE noted that with reference to the announcement made by Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) that 18 subsidiaries of Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (the “Company”) have been selected to participate in the Community Power Plant for Local Economy Project (Pilot Project) for 18 projects of biogas (energy crops) power plant (one subsidiary per one project) with total installed capacity of 59.00 MW and total power purchase agreement (PPA) capacity of 50.00 MW, details as per the Company has previously informed.
18 subsidiaries of ACE were notified by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) that the Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) of 18 projects have already been signed by PEA who is a contract party of the PPAs. The signing date of 18 PPAs was 21st February 2023.
