Leo Global Logistics Public Company Limited (SET: LEO) announced that the Board of Directors approved the sale of 40% shares in a subsidiary namely, Leo Sourcing and Supply Chain Co., Ltd. to Apisasi Holding Co., Ltd. (APISASI) for a total amount worth two million baht.
Leo Sourcing and Supply Chain is fully-owned by LEO and operates as the buying and sourcing agent of export products from Thailand to China for China Post and Yunnan. LEO originally holds 99.994% in Leo Sourcing and Supply Chain.
The Board of Directors also approved the investment and establishment of a new subsidiary; Leo Global Logistics Singapore to operate the international logistics services and container rental.
