TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (SET: TEAMG) announced the newly signed contract of Phase 2 of the Construction of the Precious Wood Knowledge Museum on the Occasion of the Grand Coronation, with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, under SSDT Consortium.
The second phase of the construction of the exhibition and museum involves the architectural and interior decoration, as well as the utility systems.
The entire value of the project was 2,044,400 million Baht (VAT included). The value of TEAMG’s contract is 500,78 million Baht (VAT included), which represents 24.50% of the total project cost. The project period is from 1 June 2023 to 6 November 2027.
In the meantime, Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: DITTO) acquired 49.5% of the total project for THB1,011 million, of which 24.5% belonged to the company and is valued at 500.78 million Baht, and another 25% was acquired through a joint venture Siam TC Technology Company Limited for 511 million Baht.
