Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY) extends its expertise in Smart Security, introducing its new subsidiary, Metthier Co., Ltd. (Metthier) for Smart Facility Management business.
Mr. Khayon Tantichatwat Chief Executive Officer of Metthier said that the establishment of this new subsidiary came after the Sky Group acquired the security and administrative management company, Siam Co., Ltd. (Rak Siam) or SAMCO in July.
SAMCO provides services covering security, administrative work, and maintaining the orderliness of buildings, which has more than 6,000 personnels. The company takes care of more than 400 various private clients such as financial institutions, large shopping centers, office buildings, factories and energy service providers.
The two utilizing their synergy from Metthier’s expertise in AI security with SAMCO’s large personnel network, these will help Methier to move its Smart Facility Management and create a new S-Curve for Sky Group.
Metthier provides a range of intelligent security services, building management including AI-powered solutions with an operation center. It aims to expand the customer base in the private sector or developers of large real estate projects with high demands on building management and safety technology in 5 main groups including, 1. Mixed-Use projects and real estate, 2. Shopping center, 3. Office building, 4.House and condo projects and 5.Industrial factories.
“Metthier is introducing technologies such as AI CCTV, Smart Incident Management, Digital Twin, 3D Visualization, Indoor Mapping, AIoT and Robotics to increase the efficiency of personnel and systems in buildings.
“As a result, we’re ready to support a variety of real estate projects. And we will give further detail within October,” Mr. Khayon said.
