At the end of the afternoon session on Monday, the SETESG index climbed by 0.19% or 1.74 points, reaching 922.76 points, with a trading value amounting to THB 64.72 billion, constituting a significant portion of the total trading value in the SET index, which stood at THB 87.21 billion. The total trading volume today of 4.2 billion shares is the third highest volume this year.
The rise in the SETESG index could be primarily attributed to speculation of stocks within the index that will be included in the new ‘Vayupak Fund’, set for launch in early October.

WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (SET: WHAUP), soaring by 4.74% or THB 0.20 to THB 4.42, with a trading value of THB 132.68 million.
