NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (SET: NRF) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Bamboo Mart Limited (BAMBOO) has entered into a Business Combination Agreement (BCA) with Kairous Acquisition Corp. Limited (KACL) and has filed a registration statement for the BAMBOO merger with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
BAMBOO is still in the final process, which is expected to be completed by 2025.
Bamboo Mart Limited is a subsidiary of NR Instant Produce through direct and indirect shareholding as shown in the attached table, is a company with a strategic focus on distributing healthy food and consumer products from Asia to consumers in the United Kingdom.
