BCPG Public Company Limited (SET: BCPG), a leading renewable energy company in Thailand and Asia Pacific, signed a loan agreement worth THB 4,200 million with TISCO Bank Public Company Limited (SET: TISCO). The agreement aims to facilitate an expansion of BCPG’s new green power plants, strengthening the Company’s position as a Decarbonization Solutions Provider.
Niwat Adirek, President and CEO of BCPG, disclosed that the Company consistently received financial support from TISCO to invest in renewable power projects. Recently, BCPG has signed a 15-year loan agreement worth THB 4,200 million with TISCO to reinforce the Company’s financial strength for expanding new solar power plants.
Pitada Vatcharasiritham, Senior Executive Vice President of TISCO, announced that TISCO aimed to facilitate BCPG with financial support to expand new green power plants. Moreover, BCPG has sustainably run its business with the focus on Environmental, Social and Governance: ESG, which was in line with TISCO’s Sustainable Focus Strategy. The agreement not only strengthened BCPG’s financial stability but also enhanced the expansion of green energy in the long run, including the increase in TISCO’s Green Loan to more than 20% of its large-scale loan portfolio within 2025.
