In the third quarter of 2024, ORI generated a total revenue of 2,987.6 million baht, resulting in a profit attributable to the company’s equity holders of 402.1 million baht.
When comparing profit from the third quarter of 2024 with the same period in 2023, which is the amount of 724.7 million baht, the profit decreases 322.6 million baht, or 44.51 %.
As for the revenue, when compared to the same period in 2023, which is the amount of 4,962.1 million baht, the revenue decreased 1,974.5 million baht, or 39.8 %.
This mainly resulted in decreasing revenues from sales of real estate and revenues from project management. However, gain on disposals of investments in subsidiaries, interest income, and revenues from hotel operations and rental has continued to increase from the same period of the previous year.
Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB0.021 per share to be paid on 13 December 2024. The ex-dividend is 29 November 2024.
