JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (SET: JKN) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that as per the Central Bankruptcy Court’s order dated August 29, 2024, appointing the company as the plan preparer in accordance with the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (A.D. 1940) (as amended).
In this regard, the Official Receiver has published the order appointing the company as the plan preparer in the Royal Gazette on November 4, 2024. The company’s creditors can submit their debt repayment applications to the Official Receiver within one month from the date of publication of the plan preparer appointment order, pursuant to Section 90/26 of the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (A.D. 1940), which will be due by December 4, 2024.
Furthermore, the Company is in the process of preparing the business rehabilitation plan to be submitted to the Official Receiver within three months from the date of publication of the plan preparer appointment order in the Royal Gazette, pursuant to Section 90/43 of the Bankruptcy Act B.E. 2483 (A.D. 1940), which will be due by February 4, 2025. The Central Bankruptcy Court may grant an extension for the submission of the rehabilitation plan no more than twice, each time not exceeding one month.
