Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) has announced that the Company disposed of its entire shareholding in COCO Investments Pte. Ltd. (“COCO”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, to Legendary Venture VCC Group (“Legendary Venture”) for a total consideration of USD 56.0 million, or approximately THB 1,931.1 million. Following this transaction, COCO has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
COCO is a holding company incorporated in Singapore, and has jointly invested with Legendary Venture in agriculture-related businesses, renewable energy businesses, infrastructure businesses, and other businesses in Vietnam since 2021.
