TAKUNI Fully Takes Over ‘TTS Connect’ to Operate Motorcycle Business

Takuni Group Public Company Limited (SET: TAKUNI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the change in the investment in associates to a subsidiary.

The company changes investment proportion to the subsidiary approved by the resolution of the Executive Committee Meeting No. 10/2567 on 2 October 2024, as following detail.

TTS Connect shares will now have an initial registered capital of THB 3 million, and TAKUNI would be holding 99% of its shares, while Mr. Krittapong Orachaipunlap, the CEO of TAKUNI, would be holding 1% of the shares.

TAKUNI originally signed an MOU with Wuxi Tailg Technology Trading from China, and The Stallions with an initial registered capital of 15 million baht, in which TAKUNI, Tailg, and Stallion held 40%, 30%, and 30% of the shares respectively.

TTS Connect Company Limited is a business involving import, assemble, and manufacturing of electronic motorcycles and related equipment. The goal of the investment is to expand the electronic motorcycle business.
