Santipol Jenwattanaphaisarn, CEO of Jenkongklai Public Company Limited (SET: JPARK), revealed that the company has opened the “JPARK Garnjanasuk” parking building and Phra Nang Klao Hospital commercial area to the public. The parking building is a six stories high parking lot, which supports 500 cars and motorcycles.
The lot would have 18,242 sq.m. of usable space, in addition to 2,049 sq.m of commercial area, which included more than 80 stores such as Tops, KFC, Yoguruto, Yodcha, etc. The company would be able to recognize revenue from both car parks and rent from commercial areas, which could be recognized immediately within this year.
The new building would push the company parking area count to 67 locations, combined into more than 38,000 parking lots, which is following the plan to expand parking space to 40,000 lots within 2024 or 30% growth, which can push the company achievement in 2024 to meet its target in both performance and a plan to expand in all direction, as it would be from an increasing parking lot, especially in a high traffic area that will continuously increase the amount of car using the company services.
