Sopacha Dhumrongpiyawut, Managing Director of Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (SET: GUNKUL), revealed to “Kaohoon” that the company was selected by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to provide the Feed-in Tarff (FiT) renewable energy for the period of 2022-2030. There would be 7 on-ground wind and solar energy power plant projects with a total production capacity of 319 megawatts, including a wind farm of 284 megawatts, and a solar farm of 35 megawatts.
There are four wind farm projects with a total production capacity of 284 megawatts as follows:
- Gunkul Development 1 Co. Ltd., (Bang Saphan) first group with a production capacity of 41.60 megawatts
- Gunkul Development 8 Co. Ltd., (Ranot) second group with a production capacity of 90 megawatts
- Gunkul Development 6 Co. Ltd., (Ranot) second group with a production capacity of 90 megawatts
- Gunkul Development 3 Co. Ltd., (Chian Yai) first group with a production capacity of 62.40 megawatts
There are three solar farm projects with a total production capacity of 35 megawatts as follows:
- Gunkul One Energy 9 Co. Ltd., (Kamphaeng Phet) first group with a production capacity of 19.40 megawatts
- Gunkul One Energy 5 Co. Ltd., first group with a production capacity of 7.80 megawatts
- Gunkul One Energy 5 Co. Ltd., first group with a production capacity of 7.80 megawatts
