STECON Group Public Company Limited (SET: STECON) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (STEC), a subsidiary of STECON (holding 99.60% of shares), has signed a letter of intent for the construction of a Bangkok Mall Shopping Complex Zone 2, 3, and 4 for Bangkok Mall Shopping Complex Co., Ltd, with a contract value of THB 5.8 billion.
STEC will be working on the structure and architect work for the Bangkok Mall Shopping Complex Zone 2, 3 and 4. The project would begin on 1st March 2025 and finish on 28 February 2029.
