Medeze Group Public Company Limited (SET: MEDEZE) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 8/2024, held on 18 December 2024, passed its resolution to establish a new subsidiary company.
MEDEZE has announced the establishment of ‘Medeze Hair Renaissance Company Limited’ with registered capital of THB 100 million, divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares, to provide the provision of services for extraction, cultivation, cryopreservation, and storage of hair follicle stem cells.
