AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited (SET: AH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the resolutions made at the Board of Directors’ meeting No. 130/2025, held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, via an online conference. The meeting has resolved to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary company.
AAPICO GIGA Company Limited is a business concerning the manufacturing of OEM automotive parts, which would be based in Rayong Province, Thailand. AH would be holding 70% of the subsidiary’s shares, while L.K. Technology Holdings will hold 30% of the shares.
