Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: INTUCH) has announced a special dividend at the amount of THB6.54 per share to be paid on 4 March 2025. The ex-dividend date is 19 February 2025.
In the meantime, Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) also announced an interim dividend payment at the amount of THB1.01 per share. The payment will be on 6 March 2025 with an ex-dividend date on 19 February 2025.
Additionally, GULF holds 41.73% ownership in INTUCH as of 21 August 2024, which would represent a dividend income from INTUCH at the amount of 8,752.29 million baht.
