Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra traveled to Harbin, People’s Republic of China, to personally support the Thai men’s national ice hockey team during their match against the Chinese national team at the 9th Winter Asian Games on February 7, 2025.
Accompanied by International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul, the Prime Minister was present at the event to uplift and encourage the Thai athletes.
The Vice President of the International Ice Hockey Federation, Iwas Omorkhanov, took the opportunity to present a commemorative gift to Prime Minister Shinawatra.
