Ms. Kamonkarn Kongkathong, Managing Director of ARAYA Land Development Company Limited, revealed that the company will develop ARAYA The Eastern Gateway project, which will become the First Industrial Tech Ecosystem in Thailand, covering the area of 4,600 rai.
ARAYA Land Development Company Limited is a joint venture company, including Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: FPT) of the Sirivadhanabhakdi family, Rojana Industrial Park Public Company Limited (SET: ROJNA), and Asia Industrial Estate Company Limited of the Sophonpanich family.
ARAYA The Eastern Gateway project is designed to contain six main components. These are an industrial tech campus, a logistic park, an ARAYA industrial estate, a lifestyle & amenities area, a community services center, and a residential project.
The community services center and the residential project will be located near the Bangkok-Chon Buri New Line, which is also near Suvarnabhumi Airport and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), a connecting area that drives Thailand’s economy.
Currently, the project received a lot of attention, with several potential customers from several industries, such as semiconductors & electronics, electric vehicles (EV), pharmaceuticals, logistics, and data centers, and new segments have already contacted the project.
Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, CEO of FPT, stated that ARAYA The Eastern Gateway project is pioneering an advanced industrial tech ecosystem and also becoming a significant center hub near Bangkok that connects the motorway and Laem Chabang port, making the area suitable for future business.
