AWC reported a net profit in 2024 of Baht 5,850.30 million, an increase of Baht 812.44 million or 16.13% compared to the previous year. The increase in net profit was due to sustained strong performance across all business segments, particularly in the Hospitality Business And the Retail Business.
The Company’s total revenue in 4Q/2024 was 5,888 million baht, increasing 19.3% YoY, reflecting the implementation of the GROWTH-LED strategy to generate efficient cash flow. This was mainly driven by growth in the Hospitality Business from all segments in line with the increasing number of tourists staying and using various services, with the revenue share of this business sector standing at 58%. Meanwhile, the Retail and Commercial Business continued to show improved performance. Additionally, the Company gained 1,465 million baht from fair value gain on investment properties in 4Q/2024.
In comparison to the previous quarter, total revenue reported in the Financial Statement increased by 21.6% with growth in the Hospitality Business, driven by a rise in visitors staying and utilizing services. Additionally, the Retail Business had a continuous increase in customers visiting the shopping centers.
In 2024, total revenue reported in the Financial Statement was 21,011 million baht, increasing by 10.5% YoY, with growth in all business units, mainly in the Hospitality Business, driven by a rise in visitors staying and utilizing services. In addition, the Retail Business had a continuous increase in customers visiting the shopping centers.
