JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (SET: JKN) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on February 28, 2025, that the company as the plan preparer filed a petition to the Central Bankruptcy Court to request an extension for the submission of the business rehabilitation plan, pursuant to its previous request for an additional one month from the due date, which is within the legal timeframe.
Due to the preparation of the plan that reflects transformed business operations of the company and aligns with the business expansion plan requires using the actual revenue data from the Company’s sales of goods and services for at least a certain period.
The company is in the process of collecting historical revenue data to be used in preparing financial projections that will reflect the ability to generate revenue and the ability to repay debts to creditors.
As a result, the business rehabilitation plan of the company is not yet completed. Therefore, it is necessary to request an extension for the submission of the business rehabilitation plan to the Official receiver (the second time) for an additional one month commencing from the original due date as the Court approved.
Accordingly, the Central Bankruptcy Court has considered and issued on March 4, 2025, an order granting an extension for the submission of the rehabilitation plan until April 4, 2025.
