Osotspa Aims to Boost Sales Growth in 2025 with 5-Pronged Strategy

Ratiporn Ratcharoen, Executive Director, Risk Management Committee, Investment Committee, and Group Chief Financial Officer of Osotspa Public Company Limited (SET: OSP), announced the company’s business strategy for 2025, emphasizing five key areas:

1) Grow the Core: The company aims to enhance its core brands by optimizing its product portfolio and operational efficiency, particularly in-store management and distribution capabilities, with a target to achieve at least mid single-digit sales growth from last year’s total of THB 27,069 million. OSP is confident in its robust profit-making capability, allocating an investment budget of THB 1,000 million for ongoing projects.

2) Accelerate Emerging Brands and Expand Footprint: The company plans to expand its future product portfolio both in terms of brand and market reach, aiming for double-digit growth by entering new markets.

3) Innovate to Improve Health & Wellbeing and New Occasions: The focus is on developing products that enhance health and wellbeing while creating new market opportunities.

4) Increase Efficiency – Capability & Cost Reduction: OSP intends to maintain a strong Gross Profit Margin through enhanced operational efficiency, digital technology adoption, and building a high-performance corporate culture. A significant reduction in expenses is expected by 2025.

5) Continue Driving Sustainability Agenda: The company aims to achieve its 2025 sustainability plan and accelerate towards its ESG goals by 2030.

Additionally, OSP emphasizes expanding its product portfolio domestically and internationally, along with developing new innovations in core product lines.

The strategic approach includes increasing market share, expanding functional product groups, penetrating new consumer segments, expanding international business, and growth through merger and acquisition M&A, enhancing competitive strength and broadening the customer base.

For the first quarter of 2025, OSP plans to launch new products across all main business groups, including:

  1. Energy Drinks: A special edition of M-150 to commemorate its 40th anniversary.
  2. Functional Drinks: A standout product in the market for hangover relief.
  3. Personal Care Products: The launch of Baby Mild skin care for infants.
  4. Health Foods and Sweets: New products incorporating herbal ingredients.

The company expects strong business performance and growth in the first half of the year, driven by the high season.
