After the issuance of the notification that accompanied a comprehensive list of copyright application forms, the Ministry of Commerce (“MOC”) under the State Administration Council (“SAC”) issued another follow-up notification (“Notification”) on 13 February 2024. This Notification specifies service fees based on the categories of services for the registration of copyrights and other related rights. Please refer to the table below for detailed information.
According to this Notification, the fees outlined for CR-1, CR-2, CR-7, and CR-8 are applicable for a single literary or artistic work or related right. Similarly, the fees specified for CR-3, CR-5, CR-6, CR-9, CR-11, CR-12, and CR-13 pertain to a single application. The Notification also indicates that these fees will be subject to occasional review and update.
