A new requirement regarding qualifications foradministration and human resources officers has been introduced pursuant to Prakas 259/24 onQualifications of Administration and Human Resources Officers dated 2 December 2024. Administrationand human resources officers must hold a professional certificate or diploma inlabour law from the National Institute of Labour (“NIL”) and attend NILtraining every three years. This requirement is applicable to all enterprises,including non-governmental organizations.
