The share price of The One Enterprise Public Company Limited (ONEE) kicked off its first trading day on November 5, 2021, with a gain of Bt1.60 or 18.82% at the opening bell, above its IPO of Bt8.50, to trade at Bt10.10 per share.
ONEE is a holding company engaging in the media and entertainment businesses as a vertically integrated service provider covering content creation to content distribution spanning both offline and online channels
The company’s subsidiaries have an intention to distribute a dividend to shareholders in an amount equaling no less than 40% of its net profit from normal operation from its separated annual financial statements (after taxes and reserves, as required by applicable laws and as determined by the company’s subsidiaries) and shall not exceed the retained earnings from its separated annual financial statements.
