Asian markets closed on a positive note on Tuesday as traders’ sentiment boosted amid omicron variant likely not to bring substantial impact on global economic recovery.
The SET, KOSPI, TOPIX, CSI300 and HSI closed down by 0.31%, 0.69%, 1.37%. 0.74% and 0.24% respectively. The MSCI Asia broad market index excluding Japan is up 0.05%.
U.S. futures S&P500 and Nasdaq is trading up by 0.30% and 0.53% respectively.
In the commodity market, crude oil futures WTI and Brent is up by 0.97% and 0.79% to $76.28 a barrel and $79.20 a barrel respectively.
