Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (SET: AOT) has announced the resolution of its 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on January 21, 2022, that the meeting has resolved to approve the omission of dividend payment for the fiscal year 2021 operating results.
The company has recorded a net loss of 16,322 million baht for its fiscal year 2021 due to the outbreak of the coronavirus that put its business, focusing mainly on airport operation, on a hold. Meanwhile, the company has exempted fees for its concessionaires during the period of the pandemic.
