Normalized Profit in FY2021 registered 48,979 MB, increased +35% y-o-y. For FY2021, Revenue from Sales registered 530,112 MB an increase of +33% y-o-y due to better performance in all businesses largely attributable to higher Chemicals selling prices and improved sales volumes. EBITDA also increased +23% y-o-y to 91,867 MB
Packaging business reported FY2021 profit of 8,294 MB, an increase of +28% y-o-y. Revenue from Sales registered 124,223 MB, increased +34% y-o-y, and EBITDA registered 21,164 MB, increased +25% y-o-y. EBITDA margin slightly decreased to 17% for FY2021 compared to 18% for FY2020.
In 2021 cement–building materials business revenue from Sales registered at 182,529 MB or +6% y-o-y. EBITDA registered at 18,877 MB, decreased -13% y-o-y. Normalized EBITDA was 22,706 MB, a drop of -7% y-o-y. Profit for the year registered 4,262 MB or -34% y-o-y. Normalized profit registered 7,939 MB, or -9% y-o-y.
Revenue for chemical business in year 2021 was 238,390 MB, increased +62% y-o-y from higher product prices and sale volumes, and Baht depreciation. EBITDA increased +34% y-o-y to 41,465 MB due to higher product price spreads, sales volumes, and dividend from associates. Also, EBITDA from operations was 35,104 MB, increased +32% y-o-y. Profit for year 2021 was 28,931 MB, increased +64% y-o-y from higher product price spreads and equity income from associates.
