BRI reported a net profit amounted to THB602.1 million in 2021, increasing by 72.7 percent from 2020.
In 2021, total revenues of the company amounted to THB3,815.8 million, increased by THB1,473.7 million or 62.9 percent from THB2,342.1 million in 2020, which was in accordance with the business expansion plan.
Revenues from sales of real estate amounted to THB3 ,807.8 million, accounting for 99.8 percent from the total revenues, increased by THB1,473.7 million or increased by 62.9 percent from the same period of last year. Mainly, revenues from sales of real estate were from ownership transfer of housing development in existing 8 projects continued from 2020, also from ownership transfer of housing development in 5 new projects. Total 13 projects.
Other income was mainly from income from contract terminations amounted to THB7.7 million, accounted for 0.2 percent of total revenues and increased by THB2.0 million or increased by 35.7 percent from the same period of last year.
