Eastern Polymer Group Public Company Limited (SET: EPG) has announced that its Board of Directors resolved to approve Aeroklas Australia Pty. Ltd, a subsidiary, to set up Aeroklas Europe BV (New subsidiary) in Netherlands. The newly set up company shall operate the distribution and warehouse services and also distribution of automotive parts and accessories in Europe for both OEM and aftermarket customers.
Aeroklas Australia Pty. Ltd holds 60% of registered capital of the new company, and SAE BV holds 40% of registered capital of the new company.
EPG expects the setup of the company to complete in April 2022 and start operation within Q1 2022/23 (April 2022 – June 2022).
Following the establishment of the new company, EPG expects it will help reduce logistic costs on European routes, build trust within the customers’ supply chain and expand the market base in Europe for both OEM and aftermarket.
