TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (SET: TEAMG) clarified early Wednesday morning that there have been no significant developments that would affect the company’s securities trading volume or trading price after the company’s share price reached the ceiling on 29 March 2022.
TEAMG’s share price increased by THB1.00/share, or 29.76 percent, to THB4.36/share on 29 March, with a trading value of THB1,851 million.
In addition, TEAMG stated that if the company has any further information or a development that may affect the fundamentals of the stock price, it will notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand accordingly.
