PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (SET: PTTEP) announced on Friday that the PTTEP Group has dissolved an inactive subsidiary, Partex Services Portugal – Serviços para a Indústria Petrolífera, S.A. (PSP), with effect from 1 April 2022 in order to improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative costs.
PTTEP has stated that this will have no effect on the PTTEP Group’s operations.
