Britannia Public Company Limited (SET: BRI) has announced that the company has approved two of its subsidiary companies to establish new registered companies and to enter in a joint venture with Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with an objective to sell and purchase real estate.
Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is a foreign company, which is registered in Japan and holds 99.97% shares in Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
BRI has approved Britania Bangna K.M. 17 Company Limited, a subsidiary of BRI, in which the company holds 99.99% of the shares, to establish the new registered company with a shareholding of 50.999% held by BRI and 0.001% held by Mr. Surin Sahachatpocanan. Meanwhile, Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) will hold 49% of the stake.
Moreover, the company also approved Stable Town Company Limited, a subsidiary of BRI, in which the company holds 99.99% of the shares, to establish the new registered company with a shareholding of 50.999% held by BRI and 0.001% held by Mr. Surin Sahachatpocanan. Meanwhile, Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) will hold 49% of the stake.
