Srisawad Corporation Plc. (SET: SAWAD) reported that its subsidiary, Srisawad Capital Company Limited, on 12 April has acquired 100 percent of the registered capital of Cathay Holdings Corporation valued at THB39.77 million.
The purpose of such acquisition is to expand the new motorcycle hire purchase business and boost up performance.
