Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (SET: TU) announced on Friday via the Thai Stock Exchange (SET) that its subsidiary, Thai Union Graphic Co.,Ltd. (TUG), which is engaged in the servicing and manufacturing of printing and packaging products, and its partner, Starflex Public Company Limited (SFLEX), an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing high-quality flexible packaging, have successfully established a new joint venture company, namely “Star Union Packaging Co., Ltd”.
The objective of investment is to establish a new joint investment company to carry on the manufacturing and distribution of flexible packaging and other related business including development of new packaging or products.
