Maybank Securities (Thailand) (MST) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Asia Aviation Public Company Limited (SET: AAV) with a target price at ฿3.60/share.
MST stated that Thailand tourism continues to recover in response to the easing of travel restrictions. Recently, the NESDB raised its forecast of foreign tourists visiting Thailand this year to 7 million from 5.5 million, which is expected to be positive for the aviation industry.
Kasikorn Securities (KS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI) with a target price at ฿13.80/share.
KS chose ORI, seeing every business segment this year post positive results with a huge amount of backlog from transfer and more new projects in 2Q-4Q22, which would drive its profit higher. Price adjustment is also achievable. There were six new projects with JV, and there should be more in 2Q-4Q22.
