Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: CRC) announced on Thursday that its subsidiary, Officemate (Thai) Company Limited (OFM), has acquired a 60% share in MP Synergy Company Limited for about THB238.5 million.
MP Synergy Company Limited is a leader in integrated, wellness-oriented office furniture, especially ergonomic furniture products for customers of all ages. Meanwhile, OFM’s business is a retail business that specializes in office merchandising. This investment will therefore help OFM expanding into a new market segment and strengthen the Company’s overall hardline business.
