Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (SET: TTA) announced on Friday the establishment of a new subsidiary, P80 Jet Co., Ltd., to provide aircraft charter service with a registered capital of THB 250,000,000 divided into 2,500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share.
