The share price of Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited (SET: BLA), JMT Network Services Public Company Limited (SET: JMT) and Jay Mart Public Company Limited (SET: JMART) rose in the morning session on Tuesday after the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announced that the aforementioned three securities will be included in SET50 Index in the second half of this year, starting July 1, 2022.
As of 10:17 local time in Thailand, BLA rose 4.07% to THB44.75 per share. Meanwhile, JMT gained 2.09% to trade at THB73.25 per share and JMART increased 2.38% to THB53.75 per share.
In the meantime, Com7 Public Company Limited (SET: COM7), Ratch Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) and Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: STGT), which will be excluded from the SET50 Index during the same period, saw their share price dropping slightly by 0.78% to THB31.75 per share for COM7, 0.66% to THB37.50 per share for RATCH and 1.19% to THB16.60 per share for STGT.
